FOCUS ON A CANDLE FLAME TO MEDITATE

If you have trouble to start meditating, staring at and focusing on the flame of a candle is a good way to take your mind to a quiet place. Just make sure the flame is quiet :) Today, I lit up a pink candle, which helps for an emotional healing or to achieve a joyful purpose. The color pink represents the purest form of love, a universal, unconditional and enduring love. Happy week-end, everyone ! :)
